Well, I went there on a vacation with my famliy on 1st week of August2006. It was 9 years after I last visited Cox's Bazar. And now I find it lot more safer. that's why I am suggesting you all my virtual tourist friends to Cox's Bazar.
Mian thing to see in Cox's Bazar is to see the beach. Sit back and relax. I would recommend you this hotel, cos they have their own beach. At night it is also safe to go to the beach. And as it is bit far from the main beach you will find less people there. Plus it is reasonably cheap as a beach hotel.
The hotel has One main building, And have nine cottages. We stayed in one cottage. all the cottages have 2 saparate rooms in the 1st floor and 2 room with common bathroom in gounrd floor.
You can rent the 1st floor rooms if you go alone or with your wife or a friend. And if you are traveling with family you can take the ground floor rooms,
Services are ok. At night, pls tell at the reception to spray insecticide your rooms before you go to bed. Cos, you will find mosquito in every hotel you visit.
The cottages,1floor front rooms & the main building front rooms all are seaview rooms.
