    It's pretty dingy, but if you're on a budget and want to be in a good location for visiting the Space Needle and other things in the area, it isn't too bad.

    like every other Hotel, double bed, television, bathroom, ice machine downstairs this Hotel stoood out to other moderately priced places for the view of needle mountain out the window.

  • The King's Inn isn't the most luxurious place we've ever stayed, but for the price it can't be beaten! We enjoyed our stay and loved the location is perfect, in Belltown right between Seattle Center and Downtown. And, despite the busy setting, the hotel was pretty quiet.

    The best thing about this hotel, and in fact the main reason why we chose it, is the price! Oh, and the free parking.

    The Kings in was pretty much your standard hotel as far as comfort and space goes. But it is in a fairly good central location, near the monorail and the guy downstairs who looked after the desk is extremely helpful. He showed me what was what and where to go on a map and gave good advice about Seattle's tourist hotspots. Comfortable and reasonably priced it was a great place to stay.

    Looking out our window you could get a glimpse of the Seattle Space Needle from our room. A great plus to have one of Seattle's most well known sights just out the window. Other than that, everything was fairly standard.

    It's about location, not luxury or comfort.
    Affordable, more of a "motor inn" right on 5th avenue under / next to the monorail.

    Good downtown Belltown location, it's most affordable, around ~ $60/night online, cheap for Seattle downtown, but be prepared for noise, partying, and it gets some funky reviews.

    If cheap sleepin' and late partying are your priorities, you can save some bucks here.

    I've never stayed here, just walked past it during both day and nightime and it didn't look too crazy or noisy to me, but you never know.

    Seattle hotels are incredibly expensive, so I'm posting this because it is cheap, but read the reviews on frommers, expedia, etc so you know what to expect.

    If you're staying downtown & trying to save some bucks you might also want to see if you can get a deal at the Warwick
