I haven`t been but this place is always busy and is a popular place with young people, so it may be what you are looking for. There is also another Chinese Buffet King in West Nile Street just around the corner from St Vincent Street and quite near the Horse Shoe Bar in Drury Street. It might be cheap but it certainly aint cheerful. I have been a few times and each time its got worse. Prawn Toasts are so greasy and I think the prawn passed it across the road! Everything is pretty tasteless, save yourself the money and go to a real chinese. The drinks are expensive, the service surly and I suppose you get what you pay for - treated like cattle. Not a pleasant experience. AVOID

China Buffet King is a glorified canteen. As a born n bred "weegie" and lover of fine dining, you wont get it here. Sure the "all you can eat" buffet will fill a space. However, the food is lukewarm usually, the staff whip your plates away in nano secs and the atmosphere is a lot of loud, droning people. No music and the seats are not comfy at all. Try West End of Glasgow for some class!! Theme: Chinese/Dim SumPrice: US$11-20 » Currency ConverterComparison: least expensiveAddress: 345 Sauchihall St

We went here on New Years Eve as we had passed it on the way up Sauchiehall St. It was reasonably priced and had a good range of food in a nice setting. They had plenty of the usual Chinese dishes, as well as a couple of Japanese options and some salad and western options that would satisfy anyone not as keen on the spicier food. Everything I tried was delicious and well cooked! Dinner was only £6.99 which was good for evening time. There is a place out at Xscape at Braehead that bears the same name but apparently does not belong to the same people and isn't very good at all.
