    Wandering around Yazd Bazaar at night is a really exotic experience. You feel as though you have been transported back to Persia in the Middle Ages, as you stroll around the maze of ancient alleyways, packed with people.

    Iran's not a place for nightlife, which is actually more than fine with me. One could spend some time in an internet cafe or else chat with fellow travellers in the hotel restaurant... or even better, you could go for a walk around town: it's perfectly safe and there are plenty of people around. The best thing you could do is to enjoy the stunning buildings - all lit up and magical, and then get lost in the maze of little alleys.
