Gold Creek is found on the other end of Alouette Lake at the North Beach. This is a great creek that ends up in Alouette Lake. You can walk along the creek and you will see how green this creek is where the water is more stagnant...absolutely stunning! And the views are very beautiful too!!!
I'd say that this walk is about 30-45 minutes one way and leads to the North Beach where you can walk around and relax.
Make sure to pick up a folder with the hiking trails and maps at the entrance of the park. From Alouette Lake you follow the road to the Gold Creek Parking. You pass the campgrounds and then you have to follow a gravel road for a few km and over a little bridge to end up at this parking lot. Leave a Comment
Directions: Follow the road to the West Canyon Day Use Area, pass this place and go on to a gravel road to the Gold Creek Parking lot.
