It's a great place to to swimming and workout. The Olympic-sized pool has a middle section devoted to lengths swimming and a deep end complete with diving towers boards, an indoor waterslide and rope and trolley swings. A kids pool is equipped with a mini-slide for the rugrats. It also includes a swirl pool, sauna, on-deck basketball and ping pong areas. Canada Games Pool has lots of water toys such as floating tubes, foam logs and mats, giant rubber saucers and kids toys keep it fun. For those serious about fitness, the pool has a mezzanine fitness area equipped with treadmills, cycles and stairmasters. A free weight area, an on-deck Nautilus Fitness Circuit and Hammer Strength Area are available for strength training and on-site trainers are available. Adult admission to the facility is $5.
