  • Bring lightweight clothing that will protect you from the sun, but not not hold in enough heat to make you ill.

    Bring sunscreen for you and anyone you are responsible for.

    Bring bottles of water... not soda or other soft drinks... but WATER. It is very easy to dehydrate in Penticton without realizing it. Sunburn, dehydration, sunstroke and heatstroke are all very common in Penticton during the summer.
