    The view from the Deception Pass Bridge is absolutely breathtaking! But, if you take a short side trip on the Whidbey Island side of Skagit Bay you can view the bridge from a shoreside perspective. If you look closely in the dense surrounding woodlands and see what appears to be a golf ball in the foliage you have seen your first American Bald Eagle! The Islands are home to a great many here. The route to take is Cornet Bay Road>
